For over 20 years, I’ve partnered with Realtors to help clients secure the right financing—whether it’s purchasing a first home, upgrading to a dream home, or making a smart move in retirement. As a CPA with a background in corporate finance, I bring a problem-solving mindset to every transaction, ensuring that financing is the easiest part of the homebuying process.
I also specialize in helping seniors navigate home financing in retirement. Many older buyers assume they have to pay cash when purchasing a home, limiting their options and draining their savings. They—and often their agents—aren’t aware that a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (H4P) can help them afford more home, conserve cash, and improve their financial security.
That’s where I come in. I educate and support Realtors by providing financing options that can help your clients buy or sell more confidently. From conventional and FHA loans to reverse mortgage loan purchases, I help structure deals that make sense—so you can serve more clients, close more transactions, and grow your business.
