Clay Selland worked a miracle. We handed him an absolute disaster, a mess. Everything that could have gone wrong on this house did go wrong…until we were referred to Clay. To say Clay was diligent, hard working, persistent, particular, careful and thorough would be an understatement. We could not have imagined that our loan would have gone through but it did.
