This is my third or fourth loan through Signet Mortgage. Each one has gone relatively smoothly. Then lenders keep asking for more and more info and it can be very confusing for us. Clay always does a great job of explaining what they area really looking for and helping out any way he or his team can. We got a great rate, in fact exceeded our expectations, I would refer Signet Mortgage to all of my friends (in fact I have already).
