We used Signet Mortgage and Clay for a reverse mortgage (HECM). The process went great and I have no complaints. I found Clay through the Mortgage Professor.com list of “kosher” brokers (although I just noticed that mtgprofessor.com now sells their own products). He was good to work with, monitored rates/conditions for the best timing. He is very good at explaining complicated products like a reverse mortgage.
