Long overdue, but Clay pulled off a miracle. I was in the process of getting divorced, selling my house, buying my ex out of the business and i needed a place to live. The place we found was a foreclosure that had no flooring. Clay patiently pushed everything through, help my hand, found solutions and it was relatively painless (compared to the rest of the drama). Will use them again when I’m ready for the refi! Thank you, Clay, love you!
