We would highly recommend Clay and his team for anyone contemplating a reverse mortgage! We were planning to move to be closer to family and had just retired. Rather than using the loan to stay in our current home, we wanted to use it to purchase a new home, which would have been more difficult with a conventional loan since we were no longer working full time. They sent us all the information and rules for reverse mortgages, which are somewhat different from conventional mortgages, well before we put our house up for sale. This included a required counseling session from a third party. We have to give out a much deserved shout-out to Sandra Goodrich in particular who stayed on top of everything and worked her “magic” to ensure a timely closing!
