I began a conversation back in August 2019 with Clay Selland, Signet Mortgage, regarding my family’s financial situation and what would be the smart move(s) to make. By December, when my husband
passed, we decided that given our circumstances, a jumbo reverse line of credit was the best way to move forward. Signet worked relentlessly to educate me on a reverse, to find the right lender and actually make it a reality! We closed mid-April. Now, I am in a much better position than I ever could have imagined – one that affords me the opportunity to take my time and make informed decisions about my future, decisions that otherwise would not be available to me.
